Organic Social Marriott Bonvoy
Covid brought travel to a screeching halt. When I joined Marriott International’s in-house creative team in December 2020, it was an interesting time to make my first foray into hospitality—and I was totally up for the challenge.

The ask: As part of a three-person team, we were tasked with developing always-on content that engaged consumers on Marriott Bonvoy’s social channels and prompted them to book future travel amid ever-changing travel restrictions.

The solution: A monthly social content series that sparked wanderlust by virtually transporting folks to Marriott’s portfolio of 30 hotels around the globe.
Through thoughtful storytelling and eye-catching visuals, we encouraged followers to dream about travel while engaging with the brand on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Each series drove traffic to a Marriott Bonvoy Traveler article and was supported by email. 

The result: The campaign kept Marriott Bonvoy top of mind and helped grow the brand’s social following during an uncertain time for the travel industry.
